Another non-Volvo question for you folks

I repair the half dozen Hondas in my family too. I've heard the same stories about using only Honda ATF.

Maybe I'm a chicken, but I figure for the extra 4 or so dollars per quart I won't risk it. So I only use Honda ATF and naturally have had no problems.
I'll bet there are name brand ATFs that are the same as the Honda fluid and work just as well, but why chance it.

To me, I'd rather spend the extra on fluid than a costly transmission rebuild.
