Hey Michael, I know that you said that you replaced one of the lines and the rubber elbows. The only reson I mention this is because in my case it fixed the problem so: did you check the elbows on the other vacuum lines? I found that one had started to shred where it bends. I replaced it and then disconnected the battery for a while and the code cleared not to recur.
