Torque wrench recommendation ..

For head installation you may want to consider the larger/heavier of the two you referenced because torquing a head usually is not a light duty job - many cases 55-60lb/ft at very least. I have a Sears Craftsman 1/2" unit that I am very happy with. Since it is a hand tool it is covered by their lifetime warranty. I highly recommend it. I'm a recreational mechanic, though, not a day-to-day professional.
