Hello,

You need a pitman arm puller.

You might be able to rent one from an Autozone or a Kragen or some such large retail auto parts chain.

Before you pull the pitman arm, note the alignment marks, 1 on the end of the pitman shaft and 1 on the pitman arm. If they are not present, make some marks with a punch yourself to ensure you re-install the pitman arm correctly.
