Easiest way to do that would probably be to get a cable for your Zune that splits the audio into two RCA-type plugs which should plug right into an amp. I'd love to see you do this, if I had the money I'd do something similar. No ugly damn head unit that looks like it's from a UFO.

I'd check out Crutchfield.com, call them, ask for their suggestions.
