Hey Steve,


Thanks for sharing your experience. I got mine out and replaced the 220 mfd capacitor. I'm sure I have a grounding issue, since the speedo now works but still dances around and goes to about 50 mph or so with the car stationary. I think the 220 mfd cap is the one that causes trouble, especially in your case as it had vented electrolyte on the board.
