200 hp does seem a little out there, but possible (with some rather not so mild manners). Heck, Volvo was doing these sorts of numbers with their performance kits way back when. I've seen a dyno sheet for 143 hp at the rear wheels for one of John's efforts. That's around 160 at the crank. I'd believe that more than a drag slip. Put your car on a dyno and show us the numbers. John has been asking for this for years - most are too cheap to go to the trouble, and it is way better to make claims about HP than to measure it.
For the record, my block needed 0.020" knocked off the top.
