Here's the part number, they are available directly from ARP (800 826-3045):

AP5.500-1LB STUD 7/16 x 5.5 Long Coarse

You'll also need the 12 pt nuts and washers, of course. Total cost with shipping will be about $75 IIRC. Last time I looked, they did not show the Volvo application in their catalog, but they knew exactly what I needed when I told them it was a B20.
