Engine codes confusion 900 1995

Not sure what plug #1 and 3 read, cruise control or transmission faults, not sure.

Plug #2 is engine diagnostics,

212 is oxygen sensor signal, too high, too low or just an absent signal. Sources are signal lead shorted to live circuit, defective 02 sensor, signal lead shorted to ground, air leakage, fuel pressure too low, faulty MAF.

221 is fuel trim long term part load. possible sources, defective MAF, air leakage, low fuel pressure, faulty 02 sensor signals, high fuel pressure, leaking injector, leaking evap system, contaminated engine oil, oil level too high, symptoms are high fuel consumption, poor performance.
