Should I change O2 sensor ? 700

At 160k miles, it is likely original and it is probably not responding as quickly any more as a new one.

If it gets you 2 mpg at $4/gal, you will have to drive 10,000 miles to pay for the new oxygen sensor. I will be surprised if it gets much more than that if it is still working well enough not to set a code.

There is some satisfaction in knowing that your car is running as well as you can make it run...

I am not familiar with Walker sensors, but I trust NTK sensors.
