Hey Nick,


It sounds like its time to change those mounts. If that strap has torn, the mount has most likely failed. You should look into changing the transmission mount as well. If it fails, it puts more strain on the motor mounts. Most seem to agree that the OEM mounts are best. A good place to get OE Volvo parts is Tasca Volvo (www.tascavolvoparts.com). They sell at employee prices and ship to your door. However, you'll have to pay sales tax as you reside in MA.
