Under Pressure 120-130

I would go so far as to say (Sorry, Ron) that occasional readings of 10 psi with hot idling are still not a cause for alarm if the pressure comes up when you give it some gas. Remember that the car is almost 45 years old and may have
substantial wear, perhaps as much in the oil pump as in the bearings. The real red flag issue is that if it seems that the inside of the valve cover is not getting
oily, you have a serious problem because the whole system is not getting lube.
(I've seen one that way and it still seemed to run OK but I would not bet on it for any length of time.)
