I have a 67 B18 that i rebuilt this year. I bought new .020" oversized pistons and rings from Auto Parts Warehouse for $220.00, and i shopped around for the rest of the parts. My cam was worn out and my crank needed to be turned as well. All in all it was around $750.00 to get all the parts and machining. It runs great, but then, who wouldn't like more horsepower?
