Continuing saga - No compression in #1 140-160

That is a BIG difference for ring wear! Put a tablespoon of oil in the spark plug hole and
try it again (after insuring that you DO have valve clearance on all valves).
If it is ring wear the pressure will come up substantially.
Given the other values you show, it is hard to imagine that one cylinder's rings would be that worn.
A hole in a piston would be more likely, and MOST likely is a leaking valve as mentioned before.
