Speedometer accuracy 200 1985

Just for fun, let's try math and no stinkin' GPS.

Assume: 1992 245 DL auto tranny
2500rpm
tires 185/70/14 (got this from the owner's manual) (diameter = 614.6mm)
axle reduction ratio: 3.73:1 (again, owner's manual)
OD reduction ratio: 0.69:1 (again, owner's manual)

MPH = (2500Rev/min) * 60min/hr * (miles/in) * 1/3.73 * 1/0.69 * tire diam(mm) * pi * (1 in./25.4mm)

Result: I get 69.9mph

Am I close? Perhaps, others can check formula for validity.
