No start help needed 200 1984

You need to pull the hose off the rear of the main pump to see if the in-tank can deliver. You can't tell anything by ear. Then, I would check (guestimate) fuel pressure at the front of the main pump. If not a fuel pressure, I'd think 002 AMM is bad?
