It looks to work just fine but has some burn marks in the plastic casing (laid against exhaust? and a bit greasy. I think I can get in padded envelope and have it be right at a 1 lb. which would be $5 shipping... Thus I'm thinking like $20 to get it to your doorstep. Drop me an email directly and I can send you photos...
