Unfortunately, the engine that was in the car had a single outlet downpipe and thus the earlier bracket (parts #9 & 10), which mounts vertically to the bellhousing. I guess we could fab something to replicate the later bracket. The engine we installed didn't come with this bracket, obviously. I presume this style bracket mounts to the rear of the trans horizontally where the transmission mount is attached. So this won't be a problem with the M41 we'll be installing in a couple of weeks as the mount is the same.
