If it's the upper shock mount, that is not unusual. It is very common in my experience.
No idea if parts are available, but I don't remember it being anything very sophisticated. Isn't it just a piece of sheet metal and not structural? OK, I guess it does lend some support, but I have found on my 145 and 144 that the area that the shock is bolted to has still been in good condition.
I would think that a welder could reproduce something similar pretty easily.
