replacing battery caused no start? help please (: 700 1990

If it is a 740 regina, then many have had a similar problem starting when temp is about 25 degrees or lower. What works with my car is to turn the key but DON'T give it any gas. If you put your foot on the pedal it will cut out and probably won't start again for a while.

Crank the car and if it catches, just let it idle weakly on its' own. DON't touch the gas pedal for a few minutes and you should be fine.

Good luck.
