Yes, IPD knows what wheels will fit re offset. Although the extreme widths* do suggest low aspect ratios, which I've discussed in my other, concurrent message. So you have to consider whether these wheels are too extreme.

[ * the wider the tire, as well as taller (e.g., 16 or 17") the tire, the more you need a very low aspect ratio to keep your speedometer/odometer even reasonably accurate.]
