Yet another frigging problem 700 1991

Someone just recently had a problem like yours and it turned out to be the fuel pressure regulator vacuum line. Had a small crack. If the tanks getting low try filling it up to see if there's any improvement. Sometimes the fuel pickup tube cracks and sucks air when the level drops. Your regulator may not be developing any backpressure.
