I agree with Eric. I bought a sedan that had been automatic and had been changed to standard by a previous owner. Because the automatic tunnel is wider, the gas pedal is shifted closer to the brake pedal. I have long, but not wide feet and this pedal proximity was one of the main reasons I sold the car and got a standard body to keep. I would never have an automatic body with a standard transmission again, no matter how sweet the body, engine, interior etc. Keep it automatic or get an originally standard body.
