I don't think either poster realizes you have K-jet. I would think fuel pump relay and pump are OK. What about a deteriorating Hall sender in the dizzy or cracked cap, something spark related. I only mention it because I swapped distributors in my 79 recently and the car is back to running strong. I had been running hesitantly at half-power.
