I'm a VOC member as well. I have am41 with the short shifter out of a 1970 144. I'm putting all BUT the shifter into my 122 wagon so if you want just the shifter and top cover let me know. I will however be keeping the od lock out switch. I believe there is a difference between a short shifter from an 1800 and a 140 as to how high and how far back they sit. I am sure that difference was recently discussed somewhere in these pages.
