Handbrake Adjustment S90-V90 1998

Thanks for the info, but I still see nothing.
No hatch in the console except for the OBD connector.
Lifting the lid shows no cover or anything except storage for audio tapes.
I see screws for taking the lid off, but that is all.

I see no screws at the front of the console, either.

Puzzled, and looking deeper into the archives. No info in FAQ.
It has to be simple!
