I haven't seen a 4 door with b-post switches. I think the b-pillar may be too narrow to do this in the conventional manner, but that doesn't mean you couldn't rig a paddle-type switch at the latch end of the door, somehow. It would be a neat thing to have some extra lighting (maybe LED?) inside the caverns of a 122. They were, uh, Spartan, to say the least. And how about some "puddle lights" too?
