Howdy Paul,

I think Bruce has an excellent suggestion to power the fan circuit with a switch.

I started to post that you don't need a fan on the highway. Then I remembered the construction traffic I encountered last summer passing through PA. If you run into that kind of delay you will certainly want more cooling air. Your engine might want some too. ;-)
