Hello Shannon,

Thank you for posting this past Sunday early. Yes, I also like that idea of a switch for the auxiliary fan, my fan still turns, by hand, so it is likely not corroded frozen or otherwise shot.

They have also been working on I-80 in Pennsylvania for some time now, I am not complaining, I have passed both times eastbound late in the day, once in December and now again last week, and I can see how just a little more traffic could make for a pretty long backups along that stretch. I will be winging it without an extra cabin switch for the auxiliary fan this time west however.
