HELP! URGENT Electrical Problem 700

It just started thunderstorming so I'm done for the night.

The lights are only wired to the battery and the switch.

I checked all the fuses, none blown. Both battery connections are good. Have not put a test light to all the fuses. I took power from fuse slot 8 and ran it to 11 and the fuel pump came on.

It's a 1990 N/A Automatic.
