Hello,

The springs are supposed to be located between door and the door panel.

The smaller opening facing the door.

The springs are NOT supposed to touch the plastic bezels.

To install the handles, install the clip in its groove and then put the bezel on the back of the handle and while installing the handles, make sure the bezel does not move from the back of the handle so that the clip will not try to pop out.
