You are so lucky!!! When my spark plug ejected, it was due to sabatoge and it was the rear most spark plug. I tried a chaser, but was unable to align the tap for over two hours. Simply beautiful! :)

The fantasy I have about repairing my engine involves several women with hand tools, but I believe that repair is possible with only a heli-coil kit. You should look into it.
