Headlight Question 120-130 1968

Hello,

To begin with, there is no fuse for the headlights.

There is a fuse for the running lights and for the headlight flasher relay.

Start by verifying that power from the headlight switch is getting to the center terminal of the foot dipper switch with a test light.

Then test the output terminals wires of the foot dipper switch with a test light.

The terminal on the foot dipper switch with 2 wires is connected to the high beams and high beam indicator light in the instrument cluster and the terminal on the opposite side with 1 wire is connected to the low beams.

If the foot dipper switch checks out, then move to the junction block that has the headlight wiring located on the drivers inner fender near the radiator.

Have you tested the headlight bulbs directly with a pair of test wires?
