heads 140-160

How often will it be used on the street?

It does not matter if the head is from an A,B,E or F engine, what matters is the year. 73+ has exhaust ports that are easier to get working without building up the SSR via brazing or bolting in aluminium. Injected heads have inlets that are easy to port to a good head, the late A & B heads make the ultimate port, but they take a lot of work. FI inlet valves work better with iron guides because they have chrome stems, it's stainless valves that need bronze to run on. 73+ heads also have the same 44mm inlet valve as E & F heads, I think it became more cost effective for them to simply use one valve size.

Cam choice: Duration depends on how good the head is & how much power you don't want at low speeds, Lift depends on how long you want the cam to last + how good the head is. LCA what intake & exhaust you have & how much duration you are using.
Crow Cams makes pushrods too & I think they have all the stock cams. I get my cams from Kelford(Gold Coast) or Ivan Tighe(Brisbane). Wade Cams is good too.
