Using stock valves, it's pretty easy to increase intake flow by 10% & exhaust by 25%. Going from +10% to +20% flow on the intake is where cost really increases because it takes time to get the most out of the head without hitting water. Core shift is a problem too.

I'd ask for actual flow figures that you are going to get, not percentage increases from what the stock head is because stock head flow varies wildly.
