Have you contacted Volpro for head prices? If they are uber expensive, then I might be able to provide a cheaper alternative. He's be able to steer you in the right direction for a 4G63 stroker rod bottom end. (I think Topi Hynenen was first do this, there's a guy with a turbo 2630cc B230 that has the offset ground crank & last I heard, it was standing up OK. I think IADR has a 2.4 litre B20 using the same crank & offset ground crank technique, but I haven't hear if it's still going.)

VPD has a good range of heads too, but the waiting time seems ridiculous.
