As of 7:30 CDT, I have not received your message.

However; A little digging on my part revealed:

Road Runner Customers,
We are aware that Hotmail is refusing mail from some Road Runner
mail servers at this time.

We are working on the problem and engaging Hotmail to attempt to get
mail flow restored as soon as we can.....
