Duane: Just as an FYI. As a RR customer I have also noted this problem and it had gone on for three days as of yesterday. Affected addresses were MSN/Hotmail and gMail that I know of, and could get RR customer service to admit to.
They acknowledge the problem and it may be fixed by now, however I was able with significant proding to get them to admit that we can request a "Credit" to our accounts for the lack of service for 72+ hours.
