It's usually quickest to get in touch with Jarrod in the Opinions forum. Put his name in the subject line. He'll usually see it.

But the problems you're reporting have been happening for a long time. I've mentioned it on occasion too.

Last time Jarrod said try changing two items in your profile, then hit submit.
It didn't work for me, maybe it'll work for you. I eventually gave up trying to change anything. Funny thing is though, my signature is sometimes there, sometimes not. Changes sometimes too. Weird.
