question on testing current draw 200

Hi all,

My '90 240 wagon seems to have a batter drain when ignition is off. Alternator and battery are both new and testing as they should.

My multimeter doesn't measure an current between + battery and the disconnected + cable. However, it does measure some resistance.

For the next step, do I

a) remove and then replace each fuse or

b) remove each fuse until all are removed?

and watch for the multimeter to change.
