You are going to get a variety of responses so I'll save everyone else the time...

Some will tell you they've had nothing but good dealings with JP. Their emails were answered promptly and their products shipped quickly. Others will tell you they waited months, sometimes years, to get an item they paid for months or years ago. It would seem once he has your money the rest isn't real important.

I have no actual experience although I have a very close friend that waited over a year for a cylinder head to be ported and sent back.
