I just purchased a pair from my local Volvo dealer.
Part# 418982
The valve is stamped AC ROCHESTER TYPE CV 584 C
Made in USA

My wagon runs noticeably better with this valve installed; lower idle, smoother acceleration, and I was able to set the idle mixture leaner and have the car still run decently. I expect my fuel economy should improve a little bit...

The valve I pulled off was made by AC, I believe, and was marked V113. You DO NOT want to use this part; the car will run, but it won't run quite right.
