That would seem to point at the IAC or the Throttle Position Switch needing an adjustment.

Hold the gas petal down and see if the engine is running smooth when you first start the car. If the engine is running smooth with the petal pressed down slightly, that would be a sign.

Keep it simple and recheck the basics, clean out the hose going to the motor and lube it with a light oil.

Check your flame trap, the hoses and internal block pressure. You want a good negative pressure in the engine block.

You have a EGR valve, clean the carbon out and make sure that all the fittings are leak free.

Check the large hose for splits or cracks.
