Hello,

The stock location for the reverse light switch is on an aluminum cover for the shift rails on the back of the transmission just below the the shift cover.

It is a simple ground contact that is wired to a relay to trip the reverse lights.

If your transmission does not already have the contact, you can update the shift rail cover to 1 with the switch.
