Leaking rack- long distance trip imperative; what to do?

whatever he decides, bring a means to just cut the belt off. Roads side work is not fun as traffic flies by.
I had a road side flat for the very first time Christams day, this year, I swear the drivers were aiming for the Flare I put out. Not the Volvo, Oddly enough, I just had that spare Cranked down out of the bottom of the SUV the weekend before to check pressure and make sure the stupid crank even worked.
