Be sure and mark the driveshaft on both sides of the slipjoint so that you reassemble
the splines as they were. The yokes on each half of the shaft have to be exactly
back-to-back.
The easiest way is to get the car up on jackstands to give you room to work and turn over
under the car. Then undo the U-joint at the rear end first, drop the rear shaft and
pull it out.
Then undo the one at the tranny end and slide it back through the tunnel.
Having done that, you've got it out, center bearing and all.
If you are not experienced at replacing U-joints it might be good to take it to a shop
to do that and maybe also to install the center bearing.
