240 door sagging

Hi Mike,

The hinge needs replacement. The lower hinge, if that's the one in worse shape, is the same as the lower on a rear door, if you're in the yard.

As a stopgap, I've loosened the hinge bolts, lifted the door by the amount it was missing plus the free play, and re-tightened. All from the lower hinge bolts behind the fuse panel. This is at least better than moving the striker. The 84 should have a zerk for lubing the hinge.
