240 door sagging

I also had a sagging door issue on my'82 242 GLT.The drivers door sagged the most but they were both bad.Being employed by a Volvo dealer I didn't think twice as obtaining NOS parts from the factory is a given. When I requested our Parts Dept to place the order I was told they were not available.I then searched the internet to see if pins alone could be sourced but I couldn't find ones specific to the Volvo. Finally I found a pile of Volvo hinges from a independent repair shop and put together the best of the lot and now I have four decent hinge ready to be installed this spring.Anothe alternative is to buy readily available pins and machine the diameter of the sleeves to match.
Good luck,
Tarebky
