940 motor into a 242

Is there any reason a 940T motor will not fit in a 242?

I anticipate swapping wiring harnesses, fuel pumps, and having to get different hoses for the intercooler. (the 242t is one of those weird ones that does not have an intercooler.)

Any other toughs, things I missed, etc?
