940 motor into a 242

I think you will have to use the intermediate shaft from the 240 engine to drive the distributor because I don't think there is room for the head mounted distributor in a 240. I suppose there is a remote chance that the 940 might have a drive gear on the intermediate shaft. I'm pretty sure that the 940 block has a knock out to install the distributor in the block.

There may be other issues that I don't know about. I've never done it.
